October Farm was founded in 2019, when the Buttner family began piecing back together two of Penobscot's oldest farms (dating back to the late 1700's.) As a MOFGA certified organic wild blueberry farm, our organic management practices strive to support all the native flora and fauna that roam, buzz, sing, and grow within and around the acreage we call home.  

Our Blueberries

  • Our berries are lovingly harvested and frozen to preserve peak flavor and nutritional value. ​

  • Packaged in 5 lb boxes, $34.00 cash or check payable to: October Farm LLC.

  • Available at our farm stand freezer located at 114 Dogtown Road, Penobscot, ME.
